Phyllis Fox, National Board Certified Health Coach
Welcome! Phyllis is a National Board Certified Health Coach that empowers and supports clients as they achieve their health goals. Her passion for health coaching began several years ago as she assisted family members with various chronic illness and the difficult issues encountered when aging with poor health.|
Phyllis is dedicated to encouraging people seeking fulfilling lives through nutrition and exercise along with positive lifestyle choices. While you will find Phyllis serving with clients in most life stages, her primary focus aims at assisting adults in investing in the quality of their physical and emotional well-being.

National Board Certified Health Coach
Phyllis received her Master Health Coach Certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, founded by world-renowned physician and author, Dr. William Sears. The Institute is a leader in science-based health and wellness education that focuses on the four pillars of health; Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition (L.E.A.N.). A certification by the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute is obtained only after completing the extensive course work and meeting all requirements. Once certified, a Health Coach possesses the knowledge, tools and resources to make a positive difference in the health of others. In October, 2021, Phyllis became a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.

Everyone has trouble making decisions in life as an individual, couple, or family. Doug is committed to helping people work through emotional and relational problems, overcome fears, restore faith, and rediscover hope.
The most common therapeutic model is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). A basic theoretical belief integral to CBT is that your emotions will change if you are able to think and act differently about a problem.
Doug will work with you using CBT techniques to help you rediscover hope through faith to overcome your emotional fears. Faith is an important part of CBT and Acceptance therapy.
An ordained minister, Doug received a Master of Divinity degree from Emmanuel Christian Seminary at Milligan University in 2005.
